Welcome to November!
It's Monday morning and I am very excited about this new month. I just LOVE Thanks Giving and simply adore the gorgeous colors of the trees. I know the leaves are dieing but they never looked more radiant and beautiful.
OK Lets catch up!
Friday Night: I was on my way out the door to take the kids "Trick-or-Treating" when I was informed by my youngest that he didn't want me tagging along with him. He very politely asked me to stay home so he could hang out with his friends. OMG!!! I wasn't upset at all. I was actually excited that now I was able to take a shower, do my make-up, and go to my own adult party with hubby! WhoooHooo. . . we weren't planning on going cause we thought we would have to escort the kids around town. So I admired my youngest sons independance and took advantage of this time to hop in the shower and get ready.
So it's now late Friday night and the kids are safe at home with their pillow cases filled with candy falling alseep in front of the TV. Hubby and I are now on our way out the door to his club house for a last minite party we didn't think we would be able to attend so will now surprize everyone with our presence. I dressed up as a kitty again like you see on the front pahe of my site.
Saturday:
Kids had their last football game of the season. It was kindof sad as they cried off the field. They love football and didn't want it to end. But we ended the day discovering a new BBQ restaurant. Best BBQ we ever had in our entire lives. We were thrilled to have found this place and will go back regularly. They put cinnemon in their beans. Just awesome!
Sunday: Went to an air plane museum. I was bored but hubby and the kids loved it. I was more interested in the roses and landscaping. hahaha After that we went back to eat at our new BBQ place for lunch/dinner. Then came home, lit the fire, and watched TV. We all fell asleep early cause we were tired from our busy weekend.
