Well, what a weekend! I am just now starting to feel a bit more like myself and not horribly sleep deprived. Bash Weekend...What more can I say? It was a blast. The best part though was getting to spend time with friends. Paige, TJ...You guys are such wonderful people and we cant wait to hang out with you again. You know us sexy bitches have to stick together, LOL! Rob and DM...Thank you so much for always being there and thank you again for letting us share Sunday with your family. Vern..You are so sweet and I am just so happy to know you! Hope your birthday is a good one! Jack and Faith...You guys throw great parties and you are wonderful people. Thanks so much for including us. Aimee and Jezebel, it was awesome to finally meet you. Look forward to getting to know you more.
So Friday, we got things under way by having lunch with Paige and TJ and then spent the afternoon taking pics. Oh, we laughed so hard! Took some great shots though, cant wait for you all to see them. Then it was time for dinner and off to the Monastery. Lots of fun! We took to throwing things though...And then there were the Man Boobs...but that is a story for a later day. Good fun.
Saturday, Lunch with Vern. That was fun...Sorry Vern about the shoes. I just couldn't help myself! Shots some more pics then it was time to get ready for the bash. Once you all see the pics you will know what a blast it was. It was wonderful to meet everyone and see some of you again. Looking forward to the next one!
Sunday, we walked in the Breast Cancer walk with DM and family, Vern, Paige and TJ. That was such a wonderful experience. I even found myself tearing up a bit. There was a group of young girls all with sashes pined to them, they read, I walk for my aunt Carol. It was so touching. There were so many people there too. It felt wonderful to support a great cause and be a part of it. Walking back to the car though, almost did me in, lol. We were able to get a little rest before we were off again to DM's for a cookout. Just hanging out with you guys and kicking back was wonderful. Dinner was great.
I have been trying to play catch up ever since. I figure by tomorrow I should be back to normal though. Now if I could just ward off this cold! How about all of you? Was your weekend good? All right, I am off for now. Take care and have a good one. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO VIC! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON!
