Let me start this by saying my cat, Sassy is normally a very shy, reserved young lady.

Are you familiar with the commercial for Whiskas Temptations cat treats? the one where the cat breaks through drywall to get her treats? Well being the good mommy that I am, I got her some the other day. (Nice change from all the healthy type treats I usually get her.)

OMG...she is like a little crack ho now!!! pawing and meowing at me the minute she hears me touch the bag!!! Doesn't even re-act that way for catnip!

anyone else's cat re-act this way? or has Miss Sassy just lost her mind?

should market the stuff as Crack for Kitties!!

(I apologize to all the non-cat lovers for this post..lol)

Animals like cats and dogs in general like stinky fatty high protein food. Cats and dogs don't need all them fillers they call healthy stuff. Corn, rice byproducts. Just meat, That's all they ever had until modern day. That's all they really want.

I had a cat that woould come running and climb my leg (pants on or not) if she heard the electric can opener start. I had to buy a manual one to save my legs!!

Why are you feeding the cat with your pants off?
Pussy is only it's nickname. :big_evil

One of my cats goes crazy for whip cream. I'll open the freezer door and turn around and there she is sitting on the kitchen table. The other one tries to steal my Cheerios in the morning.

None of my three have reacted to commercial treats like that! luckily!

Though I do have one that goes nuts for cheese!

Oreo Loves his Whiskas Temptations!! I've Tried Every other kind of treats, and he tries to bury them like Poo... but I shake a bag of temptations and he comes running no matter what he's doing. It was so nice to find a treat he liked. I use to joke saying the darn cat can read "better tasting" that's on the package!
He's very finicky but likes tuna juice too from a can.

I had a ferret that would do the same thing for Butterfinger beebees!!! It was so damn funny. She could be in a dead sleep and if she heard that package she would come over just like a little crack whore LOL. But she wouldnt do it for just any paper noise, what I want to know is HOW the HELL do they know the difference? LOL

Mine love the temptations the best... as soon as they hear the pantry door open (even if we're getting something out for us) they come running... I keep their treats in there, and they know it LOL

Picture it - early morning, I just woke up (I sleep like Adam did), the noisy beast (the cat, not the ex) is crying to be fed, I'm too lazy to get dressed.
